This is the ultimate in free VOIP, talk as long as you want to how ever you want absolutely free. The requirements are that both parties need to have downloaded Skype and both have either headsets or Skype phones , and then its talk talk time.. Tons of it. It makes tons of sense to encourage those back home to take up the Skype offer, however South African broadband is not cheap and not everyone has the internet at home.
